Bo Zoffmann’s experience within franchising dates back from 1990 where he served as director for the Danish subsidiary of McDonald’s Corporation here Bo Zoffmann was in charge of franchising and finance in 10 years.

Ferenz Feher, President, Feher and Feher, Mexico City - Associate for Mexico
The purpose of Feher and Feher is to help Mexican businesses franchise, to increase the number of unit franchises for Mexican franchisors and to introduce new foreign franchise concepts to Mexico through association with EGS. Mr. Feher has been a Franchisor and Franchisee. He has been involved in the Mexican Franchise Association since 1992, serving today as Immediate Past President of the Association.

As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Idea Link Japan, the consulting division of I. Fujita International Inc., Ichiro Fujita boasts over 20 years of experience as an international business consultant. Considered among the premier consultants on U.S.-Japan business relations, Fujita has assisted over a hundred companies in expanding businesses to the Japanese markets, focusing on franchises, licensing, and IT educational and new products.

Stewart Germann, Principal, Stewart Germann Law Office, New Zealand

Stewart Lloyd Germann who is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand has over 20 years' experience in franchising law and he acts for many franchisors in New Zealand, Australia, USA and the UK. He also acts for numerous franchisees advising them about a particular franchise and commenting on the form of franchise agreements and related matters. He was Chairman of the Franchise Association of New Zealand and is also on the Board of the Supplier Forum of the International Franchise Association (USA).

T. K. Lee, President of Asia Franchise Networks, Singapore
T.K. Lee was the first master franchisee for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, in South East Asia. Started as a small franchise center in 1994 in Kuala Lumpur, he grew the single New Horizons center to a network of 10 centers via subfranchising and company owned centers around Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia in South East Asia and earned numerous awards and acknowledgements within 5 short years.

Kokab Mirza, FCA, CPA, Europe, Middle East and South Asia
Mr. Mirza is a senior international executive with 15 years of COO & Managing Director hands-on experience in negotiating, developing and operating international food and non-food franchise concepts as master-franchise in the Middle East, Levant and South Asia. He has detailed knowledge of regulatory framework & business practices and excellent contacts with investors, potential master licensees, suppliers, marketing agencies and other service providers, especially in the Middle Eastern and South Asia marketplace.

Leonard Swartz - Senior Advisor iFranchise Consultancy Group
Leonard Swartz has been involved in franchising for over 40 years. He provides insight and guidance vital for successful franchise and alternative methods of expansion both on a domestic and worldwide basis in the areas of planning, operations, consulting, compliance, marketing and sales. Leonard brings to clients a wealth of national and international franchise and non-franchise management experience gained in positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operations Officer of leading companies. Areas of expertise include: fast food, manufacturing and distribution, permanent and temporary personnel services, educational institutions, hospitality, credit and collection, printing, signs, steel building fabrication and construction of retail outlets. Mr Swartz is a certified Public Accountant an Associate member of the American Bar Association, A Member of The Franchise and Business Advisory committee to the North American Securities Administrators Association and The International Franchise Association.

David Tonge, Managing Director, IBS Research & Consultancy, Turkey and Central Asia
David Tonge's involvement in the economy and industry of Turkey spans over 30 years. He also has extensive international business and financial experience. His breadth and depth of knowledge of Turkey, its leading companies, its practices and its institutions is complemented by experience in the Caucasus and Central Asia. In addition to being the Founder of IBS, the leading market research group in Turkey and Central Asia, Mr. Tonge has directed many of IBS's major projects, including those for the Ministry of Public Works, for the State Planning Organization of Turkey, for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, for the Commission of the European Communities, and the World Bank.
